Roosevelt Vision Clinic was founded in 1954 in Roosevelt Utah by Dr. Calvin Kowallis. He set out to establish a clinic based on quality care and quality services to serve the Uinta Basin. With this mission in mind he brought on Dr. Scott Kowallis who continued that excellence and incorporated further technologies and services to continue serving patients better. Dr. Jon Wilson , Dr. Jason Kowallis, and Dr. Cade Kowallis have since joined the practice as we continue to evolve and offer the highest quality services and products available anywhere in the country.
